Q：why connect the android machine,the joystick LED lights,but can game.
A:1,please off the machine Bluetooth and off the joystick button,restart the machine Bluetooth,the the machine will be update the joystick.
2.some buletooth machine cann’t connect the accessories

Q:which system can be using the joystick
A:Phone,ipad,android TV and TV box

Q:Can we need update the joystick when we game next time
A:if the machine and joystick is the old one ,no need update again,the machine will know the joystick.
B:if you had connect the other Bluetooth machine,please off it and let the update again
 

Q:Do you need drive the joystick when it connect the mobile.
A:no need driver,plug and play.

Q:if the Bluetooth connect fail,how to do it?
A:please off the Bluetooth and restart it.then that will be update again

Q:why cann’t star joystick
A:may the power not enough,please connect the charger cable and charge the joystick

Q:Why no shocks when I game.
A:1,please check the joystick model,if that have shock or not.
2:The shock need game and system support,please check the game have shock system
