1.Replacement service:when the products with the problems belongs to the factory, you can replace the new one from your distributor as the goods is in the replacement period(also provide the service of free repair for the out-shape broken)

1.purchasing date is subject to the invoice date(if there is not invoice can be based on the producing date)
2.the quality problem is not include the subjective opinions of the function and out-shape
3.the replacement service and after service is just suitable for the normal use, for the human damage(for example, the personal tear open, incorrect connect using, impropriety power connect, and before use without carefully red instructions ect),and transport or other accident damage, natural disaster damage, not allowed with maintenance and retrofit, are not including in the replacement and after service, for the maintenance will charge for proper changes.
4.for the stopped production, we only provide the repairing of the functionality.
5.the after service is not including the problems of the out-shape, instructions and packing. pls take along the warranty card and invoice which should be take care of when asking for the service, and the warranty card cannot be altered, or will not provide any service.
